Apps and AI.
Tailored to your business.

We design and implement systems that support sales, teamwork, data analysis and reporting — and connect them with the tools you already use.

Scope of work

From scattered tools
to one connected system.

When a single process runs on several spreadsheets, email threads and manual data transfers, adding yet another tool only adds complexity. We design the solution around the workflow itself: who needs the information, where it comes from and what happens next.

01 / APPLICATIONS

Business
applications.

Operations portals, client portals and tools for teams. We design the screens, information flow and permissions around the way your company works.

02 / AUTOMATION

Process
automation.

We integrate email, CRM, calendars and your other systems, and automate data handoffs, report preparation and repetitive tasks.

03 / AI WORKFLOW

AI in your
business processes.

We implement AI for document work, transcription, voice notes and proposal preparation. Every use case has defined data, a defined task and clear approval rules.

04 / DATA MODERNIZATION

Data
modernization.

We organize data and improve its quality, connect sources and prepare migrations — building the foundation for consistent reporting, automation and AI.

Stack React / Next.jsThe application interface — the same on desktop and mobile. Used by Facebook and Netflix, among others. TypeScriptA programming language that checks code for errors before it reaches users. Used by Airbnb and Slack, among others. PostgreSQLA relational database — open source, with no license fees. Instagram and Spotify run on it, among others. Node.jsThe server layer: business logic, permissions and integrations. Used by PayPal and LinkedIn, among others.SupabaseA PostgreSQL database with sign-in, permissions and file storage in one service. Open source; in the portal, role-based access is enforced by the database itself.VercelApplication hosting with separate preview versions before each release. Built by the company behind Next.js.RailwayServers for services that run in the background: queues, integrations and applications built on Open Mercato. AWSCloud infrastructure and Amazon Bedrock — access to AI models within AWS. Netflix runs on AWS, among others. Claude CodeAn AI assistant in our development toolkit — it speeds up our work and is not part of your system. Made by Anthropic, the company behind the Claude models. Open MercatoAn open framework for business applications: ERP and CRM under an open-source license.

Sales, analytics, finance and a client portal. A shared flow of information, access roles and AI that supports day-to-day work.

Before any code is written

From mockup
to finished application.

A mockup lets us discuss the process and make decisions before implementation. It is interactive — you can click through the screens and check how features work before any code is written. Shown here: transaction closing, from design to working system.

Mockup — transaction register with sample data
Mockup — agreeing on the layout and workflow together, before any code is written. Both views show sample data.

AI under control

Access, permissions,
accountability.

Before deployment, we define which data the AI uses, which actions it can take and which decisions require approval. These rules become part of the system.

01

What AI can see

Access only to the data a specific task requires.

02

What it can do

A defined scope of action and clear limits on autonomy.

03

Who approves

Decisions that require sign-off stay with a person.

04

What we log

An activity history that lets you trace any decision back to its source.

How we work

From business goal
to a system in production.

Every stage ends with a concrete outcome and a decision on the next step. We agree on scope, timeline and cost once we understand the process and your existing tools.

  1. STAGE 01ConceptProcess → scope

We decide what is worth building.

We analyze the workflow, data sources and user needs. We define the scope of the first version and how its impact will be measured.

OUTCOME Process map, scope and delivery plan.
  2. STAGE 02PrototypeAssumptions → validation

You test the solution before it is built.

We walk through the key tasks in an interactive mockup and validate the layout, integrations and AI rules before implementation begins.

OUTCOME Mockup, architecture and implementation quote.
  3. STAGE 03ImplementationDesign → day-to-day work

We launch the system in your company.

We build the agreed scope, connect systems and prepare the data. We test processes and permissions, and onboard your team to the application.

OUTCOME A working system, documentation and handover.

Every project is quoted individually on a fixed-price basis. We confirm the implementation scope and price once the mockup is approved.

After launch

Maintenance and further development.

We monitor performance and extend the system to new areas. The code, data and change history stay with you — you can continue with MBFlow, your own IT team or another vendor.

Founder of MBFlow

Marek Bicz

I am an entrepreneur with experience in e-commerce, real estate and services. I have been involved in dozens of IT projects — on both the client and the vendor side, from defining business needs to implementing and developing the system.

MBFlow grew out of building tools for my own companies. I know what an implementation means from the perspective of someone responsible for sales, the team and the bottom line.

Let’s talk about working together

Before our first call

Good to know.

Do we have to replace our current systems?

No, that is not a requirement. We start by analyzing the tools you use and how data flows between them. Depending on the integration options, we connect your existing systems or add the missing functionality.

What does the analysis stage deliver?

Documentation of the current and target process, the scope of the first version, an interactive mockup, a recommended architecture and security model, and an implementation quote. Based on that, you decide whether to go ahead — with no obligation to continue to further stages.

Who owns the source code and the data?

Your company does. The code, the database and all access credentials stay with the client. Further development can be handled by MBFlow, your in-house IT team or another vendor.

Can a project start with data modernization?

Yes, as a separate stage. We identify your data sources, organize the data and improve its quality, and then prepare it for reporting, integrations and AI use cases.

How do you keep AI solutions secure?

For each use case, we define the scope of data access, the permitted operations, human approval points and an activity log. The choice of model and safeguards depends on the nature of the process and the level of risk.
